I moved to Cincinnati in April of 2008 to begin Thrive Chiropractic. It’s hard to believe how quickly 17 years has passed!
I have adjusted some of you from April 2008 onward, and others I have met along the way. I’m grateful to you all for the opportunity to serve. After all these years, I am still excited every day to health you live with greater heath and vitality.
Looking ahead, I’m working on some new ways to help encourage and teach more principles of healthy living, while of course continuing to provide chiropractic adjustments as my primary focus. Stay tuned!
Chiropractic Research: Blood Pressure, Brain Efficiency
Chiropractic adjustments increase activity in areas of the brain involved in higher thinking processes and at the same time calm areas of the brain involved in chronic stress responses.
Chiropractic adjustments alter brain activity and improve the brain’s efficiency in controlling body movement.
Chiropractic adjustments can significantly and sustainably normalize high blood pressure.

Book Recommendation

I first heard of this book during the end of the football season last year. Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver, AJ Brown, was caught on the telecast reading from this book on the sideline while the Eagles offense waited to return to the field. He initially took some grief from the media for reading during the game!
AJ explained to the media that this book helps him stay in the right mindset to be at his best. The book shot up the charts in sales with this unusual endorsement. A friend of mine then suggested I read it. So, I did.
The reason I am recommending it you, even if you are not a top athlete or performer, is that the content applies to life in general. Jim does a great job of explaining the value of competitors to help us reach our potential, the purpose of challenges, and the value in focusing on effort over outcomes.
You can read more about the author or buy the book here.
