My kitchen is stocked with olive oil, coconut oil, and butter from pastured, grass fed cows. If you asked most Americans if they thought my fat and oil selections were healthy, they would probably only agree with the olive oil.

In recent years we have seen an increase in bacteria that are resistant to our most common antibiotics. The concern is that people are pressuring doctors to prescribe drugs for colds, flu, and other viruses that do not respond or need antibiotics.

Just like for adults, even babies and children should not be limited to the same position for long periods of time. Movement is the key! In the case of babies, this means holding them in a variety of different positions, not keeping them in one position all day.
