Video: Intro to Pulse Wave Therapy with Andy Shetterly

My friend Andy Shetterly has always been a great resource for top-notch Active Release Therapy at Peak Performance Sports Therapy.

Recently he has added an innovative new therapy, the Ortho Pulse Ultra 50.

Andy has treated me over the past few weeks for elbow and heel pain and I am very impressed with the results. Please reach out to me or Andy if you are curious if this type of therapy may be useful for your musculoskeletal pain in various parts of the body.

As you know, I love specializing in the chiropractic adjustment. Yet, I recognize there are so many awesome options to help you be healthy and at your best in different ways. It is a big part of my role to share and encourage you to reach out for the people/places/things that will help you!

Chiropractic Office Closed Dates

The office will be closed on Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th.

As we approach Thanksgiving, a heartfelt “THANK YOU” for allowing me to serve you and your families over the years. I appreciate your trust and am excited for your health, your improvements and your vitality.

The Social Dilemma: Add to Your Netflix list

Dina and I watched this movie a few weeks ago. It is a documentary featuring many current and former employees in the tech industry like Facebook, Google, Pinterest, etc.

The content was not surprising to me; that the tech companies are working to keep us ‘engaged’ in their products as long and as much and as often as possible.

What did surprise me was the depth of the psychological tactics used to make us all “users”.

The effects on our health, and even more disturbingly, our kids’ health is startling.

I don’t recommend this movie to depress you. Rather, I want you to see it and be inspired to be aware of your own use of technology. Do you need to make any changes?

Recently my family started a 24-hour ‘tech fast’ each week where we pick a 24-hour period on the weekend and don’t look at the phone, tablet, computer, etc. I have to tell you, it is a pretty nice reset!

My wife, Dina, got the idea from this book.
