Podcast: Michael Singer Joins Tony Robbins

Watch this Michael Singer interview with Tony Robbins about removing blocks and finding joy.

Or, listen to the podcast here.

As I listened, I was struck by Singer’s description of blockages in the body or resistance. He speaks about how this restricts our energy flow and health and joy.

Not surprisingly, many of these blocks are self inflicted. In the chiropractic world, we talk about thoughts, traumas and toxins being the mental/emotional, physical, and chemical causes of subluxation (misalignment in the spine and nervous system). In another translation, subluxation, sub-lux-ation means less – light – condition, or better put, a condition of less light in the body.

Singer has strategies in the podcast to help us live with more light, more energy and more freedom. I think you will appreciate it!

It’s important to remember that most salad dressings have lower quality oils that increase inflammation and poor health. This article and chart from Dr Jockers explains more.
