Are you looking for a great way to boost your health as we approach 2020? Maybe you would like to:
- improve your health, energy, sleep and nutrition
- lose weight
- drop dependence on sugar or caffeine
- improve blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure
In this video, Dr. Pete gives a brief explanation of the programs.
The purification programs are designed to give your digestive system nutrients and rest to heal and improve function. You will eat healthy meals throughout program (it's not a fast).
I will be participating again this year as I like to give my body a healthy reset to start the year.
We will have a kickoff class at Thrive on Thursday, January 2nd, 2020 at 6:15 PM. At this class we will go over the details to insure your success.
We are taking orders now for the purification kits. The total cost for the 21-day program is $229 + tax. Chocolate and vanilla flavors are now available in addition to plain (unflavored). The 10-day program is $84.50 + tax and comes in chai or unflavored options.
Email or call us to sign up and get started. If you wish to pick up your kit on Jan 2nd at the event, please have your order to us by December 19th. You can also get your kit sooner and start on your own without attending the class.
To learn more before committing come to the class and we can order kits to ship to the office or directly to your house within a couple days if you decide to join us.

The chiropractic office will be closed on Wednesday, December 25th and Thursday December 26th. The office will also be closed on Wednesday January 1st.
Peter Dorsa, PT: Welcome to the second floor!
Physical therapist Peter Dorsa has moved into one of the second floor rooms above the chiropractic office. I have known Peter for years and I'm delighted that he brings his expertise in PT, myofascial release and visceral manipulation to offer clients.
You can read more about Peter on his website and contact him directly to schedule appointments.
One Room Available on Second Floor of Office
As we just mentioned, this month we welcomed Peter Dorsa as well.
We are looking forward to welcoming one more new practitioner to join us!
Massage therapy, physical therapy, acupuncture, nutrition, health coach - any great complementary service in the health field would be considered.

A Strong Grip Predicts Longer Life Expectancy
A UK study found that grip strength may be a better predictor of future health than other tests some doctors currently use.
Although grip strength has long been a good indicator of frailty or health in older people, it could help doctors understand adults’ risk profile at all ages, including the odds of heart and lung disease, cancer and overall mortality, the study team writes in The BMJ.
“Grip strength is easy to measure and may be useful in helping to predict future disease,” said senior study author Stuart Gray of the University of Glasgow.
“Grip strength showed a stronger association with cardiovascular disease than blood pressure and physical activity, which was a bit of a surprise,” Gray told Reuters Health by email. “It highlights nicely just how strong the association is.”
Overflow Parking Lot Available (for now)
Our neighbors next door, David A. Millet Fine Furniture, recently vacated their building and moved to a new space. You are welcome to use the parking lot pictured above when you come to the office as the building is not occupied right now.
For the few weeks between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day we do experience a fuller parking lot across the street from our office. If the parking lot is full, perhaps this extra lot will be useful.
