Recipe of the Month: Butternut Squash

At this time of year, all varieties of squash are plentiful. I enjoy using spaghetti squash in place of pasta for a delicious Italian meal. Acorn and butternut squash are great with cinnamon, nutmeg, and butter.  Check out this recipe from NomNom Paleo. If you don't have lard available, coconut oil will work as well. Enjoy!
