I am very excited to invite you to our new health class on Tuesday April 8th at 7:00 PM at the office.flower

We will explore new ways to understand our bodies and our health. Some topics for discussion:

  • Are our bodies machines, or are we more? Does it matter how we view our bodies?
  • Why does the USA rank 37th in the world in health, despite outspending everyone else by a ton?
  • What does it mean to be healthy? Is health a process or an event? Can we trust our bodies?
  • What are leading edge authorities like Deepak Chopra and John DeMartini saying about health?
  • What are epigenetics? How much of our health is determined by our genes?
  • Where does the brain end and the body begin?
  • What exactly happens inside the body during a chiropractic adjustment?
  • What are simple ways to create more health for ourselves and our families?
  • Is it really an 'art' to live well? What does this mean?

The event is free to attend, and you're welcome to invite family and friends. Please RSVP by replying to the email or calling the office. We will have beverages and the presentation will be around 45 minutes, with time for questions as well.

At the end of the class, the goal is for everyone to have new strategies, new understanding, and a confidence on how to simply live healthier and happier.

Manufacturers brag about the miraculous effects of feeding antibiotics to chicks and nursing calves. Dusty agricultural journals attest to the ways in which the drugs can act like a kind of superfood to produce cheap meat.
