We work with most insurance companies, including the common ones listed below. If your insurance is not listed, or you have questions, please call (513-723-1190) or email and we can verify your benefits. We will submit all the necessary paperwork for you.
If your insurance is not listed, or we are not 'in-network' for your plan, we often find our time-of-service fees are the same or lower than most in-network co-pays or co-insurance. Please call or email and we can determine the costs for your particular plan.

We offer reasonable rates so that you can afford chiropractic care paying out-of -pocket. Call for details about our Boot Camp, individual, and family wellness plans.
